Where can I Access Product Tours, Video Tutorials and any other step by step guides
on how to use the different distribute certificates features?
Step 1: Log into your account;
Step 2: Click on the green “Distribute Certificates” button on the main dashboard.
Step 3: You should see a screen with all of your different ways to distribute certificates. The ways to distribute will be at the top and in blue. Once you are on one of them, you can click on the “Take The Tour” button, to see a tour on how to navigate and distribute that particular product. For additional help, you can click on the Tutorial Video button next on the right side. Remember, the tour will only be for each individual method. If you’d like to see the other tours, click on each individual method, then click the “Take The Tour” button again.
