How can I see who has redeemed my certificates?
Step 1: Log into your account;
Step 2: From the main dashboard, click on the “Redemption Reports” button.
Step 3: This is your redemption report, from here you will be able to see all of your stats from redemptions. You will have to click on the different methods at the top to see the reports for each individual one. Any certificate that has been redeemed will have a green “R” next to it.
